Mr. Wen joined Beijing Lusheng Law Firm as a partner of Chengdu office in 2007 specializing in IPR.

Mr. Wen graduated from University of Electronics Science and Technology of China in 1993. After graduation, he joined Sichuan Changhong Electronic Group Corporation, engaging in video technology. And in 1998, he became an intellectual property manager with emphasis on patent drafting, prosecution, licensing and litigation. He has drafted and prosecuted more than 450 patent cases, and participated in some important negotiations concerning patent license, litigation of TV, DVD battery etc. with foreigner multinational corporation, such as Philips, Hitachi, Dolby, Microsoft, Sony, LG. He is much experienced in intellectual property licensing negotiation and litigation with large scale enterprises, especially with foreign conglomerates. In January, 2004, He left Changhong and joined JDTY IP agency as partner patent agent.
